A business account can submit its registration documents; an admin reviews them and grants the Verified Business badge. It is not a background check — here is exactly what it covers.

Reviews that can't be faked

Only a customer with a completed booking can leave a review. No drive-by ratings, no review farms, and no way to pay to change a rating.

Free, with no booking fee

You pay your pro directly, at the price on their profile. We never take a cut of your job or add a fee at checkout.

Cancel any time before the job starts and your pro is notified instantly. No cancellation charge from us — each professional sets their own terms.

Common questions

Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest with just your name and phone number. Creating an account is free and simply keeps your bookings, saved professionals and reviews in one place.
What does it cost me to book?
Nothing. Task Masters is free for customers — there is no booking fee and no commission added to your job. You pay your professional directly, at the price listed on their profile.
Are the reviews real?
Yes — 100%. A review can only be left by a customer after their appointment is completed, so every one of them is a verified booking review. Professionals cannot delete reviews or pay for a better position.
How do I know a professional can be trusted?
We cannot tell you that, and we do not pretend to: Task Masters runs no criminal background checks, identity checks, licence checks or insurance checks on anyone listed. What you get instead is evidence you can read — a rating and reviews that can only come from completed bookings, how long someone has been here, their upfront prices, and a Verified Business badge where a business has submitted registration documents for an administrator to review. Anything beyond that, ask them for and check yourself before the work starts.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel any time before the job starts, from your bookings page, and your professional is notified straight away. There is no reschedule button: to move a booking, cancel it and book the slot you want instead. We do not charge a cancellation fee — each professional sets their own cancellation terms, so check their profile.
What if I need someone right now?
Use Emergency Help to post an urgent request. Available professionals near you are alerted immediately and the first one to claim it takes the job — you do not need an account for this either.
