No. You can book as a guest with just your name and phone number. Creating an account is free and simply keeps your bookings, saved professionals and reviews in one place.
What does it cost me to book?
Nothing. Task Masters is free for customers — there is no booking fee and no commission added to your job. You pay your professional directly, at the price listed on their profile.
Are the reviews real?
Yes — 100%. A review can only be left by a customer after their appointment is completed, so every review comes from a verified visit. Professionals cannot delete reviews or pay for a better position.
How do I know a professional can be trusted?
Business accounts submit their documents and are reviewed by our team before the Verified badge appears on their profile. Alongside the badge you can see their rating, their reviews and how far away they are.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel any time before the job starts, from your bookings page, and your professional is notified straight away. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
What if I need someone right now?
Use Emergency Help to post an urgent request. Available professionals near you are alerted immediately and the first one to claim it takes the job — you do not need an account for this either.
