Yes. A review can only be left by a customer whose booking through this site reached completed status — there is no other route to leaving one. Professionals can reply to a review; they cannot edit it, remove it, or pay to have it removed.

Start free: the Free plan lists you in the catalogue and includes the booking calendar and online bookings, with up to 2 services live. Paid plans only raise the service limit: Private Pro is $15/month (up to 5 services), Salon / Business is $45/month (unlimited services). There is no commission on any plan. The Verified Business badge is free to apply for on any plan — an administrator reviews the registration documents you submit — and no plan buys a higher position in search results. Eligible founding professionals get up to 5 services free for 6 months. After that, the account moves to the Free plan with up to 2 visible services. No card required. No automatic charge. Eligible means one of the first 100 professional accounts created on Task Masters. 98 places are left; a place is assigned when your account is created, and if they have run out by then, your account starts on the Free plan.

Yes. Go to Billing and click Cancel — you keep access until the end of the paid period. No hidden fees, no questions asked.

No. We do not perform criminal background checks, identity verification, licence verification or insurance verification on any professional. A business account can apply for a Verified Business badge, which means only that an administrator reviewed its registration documents and they appeared to correspond to a real, registered business.
